You can filter existing E-Mail messages later by applying a rule to an E-Mail folder.
Note: Depending on the E-Mail server, this function might not be available.
How to apply a rule to existing E-Mail messages:
Click the icon in the menu bar. Click on .
The Settings window opens.
Click on in the left pane. Click on .
Click on next to the rule. Select the folder containing the E-Mail messages to which the rule should be applied.
Note: Some actions cannot be executed if applying a rule to existing E-Mail messages.
Options:
You can also apply a rule to existing E-Mail messages while creating a new rule.
To do so, click on when creating the new rule. Select the folder containing the email messages to which the rule should be applied.
